Spare Parts
We have our emergency spare parts stocks at logistics terminals in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Chile, Panama, Colombia, Mexico, Durban, ABU Dhabi and Canada, which allows us to delivery cargos at any time.
Each of our equipment is provided with 3 sets of equipment filters and 3 sets of wear parts. 80% of our spare parts are standard parts that can be easily purchased in the market and we will subsidize the cost accordingly.
Besides, we have built cooperative relationships with Cummins, Isuzu, Perkins, Steyr, Weichai, Shanghai Diesel Engine, Xinchai, Zhongchai and Hechai. With the help of their sales and service network, we can solve the after-sales service problems of our customers worldwide and it is easier for customers to purchase our products.
Quality Assurance
Generally, our products are offered with 3-year warranty (36 months). The period can be appropriately extended if customers place an order of large quantity. Each equipment will undergo strict test before delivery and is provided with quality certificate. If there is any quality problem, the return and refund are guaranteed.
